Our mountain inn is an ideal starting point or stopover for exploring a multitude of trails with different levels of difficulty. We are always happy to advise you and help you map out the way to the most beautiful destinations, including the Daubensee, the romantic gorge of the Gasterntal, and the hight peaks of Balmhorn, Altels and Rinderhorn. For your safety, we advise that on more taxing excursions, less experienced mountaineers be accompanied by a mountain guide.
The Berghotel Schwarenbach also has an excellent reputation for classes in mountain climbing and rescue and for young people's sports programs. In the simply furnished lounge, a VCR, a slide projector and an overhead projector are available
