Welcome  Summer  Climbing  

Near our mountain hotel at the Schwarzgrätli and Wyssi Flue there are various climbing tracks (site maps). These were set up by Hans Grossen and Werner Hofer and are difficult. More westward of the Wyssi Flue new tracks were set up between 1996 and 2003 by Robi Renelt.

	Rock climbing

Since 1998 a first class fixed rope route has been set up. The entrance of the fixed rope route is approx. 1.5 h from Schwarenbach and located in the Gemmiwand. From there you have two options:

1. Small option cross track to Leukerbad
   Duration: 3 - 4 hours
2. Long climbing track up to the Daubenhorn    
   Good physical conditions, climbing and safety techniques are necessary.
   Duration: 8-10 hours
