Mountaineering

Classical mountain tours are the Dreigestirn Balmhorn 3699mASL, Altels 3629mASL and Rinderhorn 3454mASL. Besides the three major routes, smaller ones such as the Steghorn, Daubenhorn, Wildstrubel are also worth climbing.

If you have doubts regarding your ability to go on a mountain tour alone, we recommend that you take a course at the Bergsteigerschule Kandersteg, a mountaineering school responsible for training here in our area. During their training weeks they enable you to master the art of mountaineering and to enjoy your mountain tours with highest safety.
